Keto fried cabbage with crispy bacon
Ingredients
- 10 oz. 280 g bacon
- 2⁄3 lb 300 g green cabbage or pointed cabbage
- 2 oz. 55 g butter (optional)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop cabbage and bacon into small pieces.
- In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add cabbage and butter and fry until soft and golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
