Low-carb and keto cauliflower recipes
Cauliflower is likely the greatest low-carb vegetable ever. It’s extremely versatile, and with only 4% carbs it can even fit ketogenic cooking.
What makes cauliflower so popular is that it has a similar texture to potatoes, but without all the carbs. Interestingly, it contains almost as much vitamin C as oranges. Finally, it’s neutral in flavor which means that you can cook and season it any way you like.
If you’ve been doing low carb for a while you’ve probably heard about cauliflower rice and cauliflower mash, but how about cauliflower pizza, hash browns and lasagna?

Tip!
Don’t throw away the leaves or the thick stalk. They are perfectly edible as well as the florets. The stalk can be cut into pieces, boiled and made into cauliflower mash and the leaves can be used instead of spinach in a soup or pie or instead of cabbage in a coleslaw.
