Instructions

Instructions are for 4 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat or in the microwave.
  3. Split the green cabbage into wedges and remove the thick stem in the middle. Cut slices — less than an inch thick — and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a large baking dish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and pour the melted butter on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cabbage is roasted.

Tip!

Try adding some diced onion or ground spices for extra flavor!

What about this side makes it liberal low carb? Is it because cabbage on its own isn't keto low carb and needs fat/protein to balance it out?

I just need to know how "servings" are being measured per recipe?

Everything I eat is measured in ounces, therefore easy to calculate how much nutrition you've had by the weight. Enjoy.
