Dr. Hassina Kajee had what she thought was the perfect job caring for patients in an acute care ward of a hospital in South Africa. After time, however, she realized she could have a much greater impact on lives by spreading the word about the nutrition and lifestyle changes that transform patient health.
With that understanding, she joined the Nutrition Network, an educational platform funded by The Noakes Foundation, and was instrumental in bringing LCHF nutrition to thousands of underserved South Africans through the Eat Better South Africa campaign. Her message of compassion and understanding is a lesson for us all!
Recorded at the Low Carb USA San Diego conference in July 2019, published in December 2019.
