I have been practicing LCHF, time-restricted eating, and intermittent fasting both personally and professionally since 2012, after realizing the current treatment paradigm for metabolic disease is not sustainable. I particularly enjoy developing personalized approaches for my patients to prevent, treat, and reverse the disease of obesity. My additional interests include using low-carb, lifestyle medicine to treat metabolic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, as well as depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
