As a pediatrician in clinical practice for the past 3 decades I am witnessing an epidemic of obesity in children and teens in India! When these kids grow up as adults I am afraid that they will end up with a baggage of illnesses aggravated by obesity, diabetes, and metabolic dysfunction.
