For over 17 years, I have lived low-carb and for over 8years I've promoted the keto diet as a lifestyle and as diet therapy in the treatment and prevention of obesity and of diabetes. I collaborate with gyms. We launched a unique program in Romania, based on DNA testing & nutrigenetics. I am the co-founder of an online shop of ketogenic products to help patients who are looking for keto recipes, but do not have time to cook. I collaborate with the only pastry-confectionery in the west of the country that prepare keto cakes. In all these processes Diet Doctor has been a great support and help, and a source of inspiration.
