Tip!
This dressing keeps for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Check out our mayo recipe for an extra, homemade touch. Try this dressing on a fresh, chopped salad, topped with some avocado. Or on top of our amazing cheeseburgers. Absolutely delicious!
Of course I want to find this reference again, but am failing to! :)
I think it was in one of Steve Phinney's books, not not 100%
Anybody here know the scoop on this?
Thanks.
Going to try this soon.
"Although the total carbohydrates in yogurt may seem on the high side, in naturally fermented yogurt (the stuff that doesn't contain gelatin), much of this ‘carbohydrate’ was lactose that has since been converted to lactic acid. "
Phinney, Stephen; Volek, Jeff. The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance (p. 57).
BTW, the above is a GREAT book.

I’m hoping it is ok to add and stay KETO friendly. Any info ?
As this recipe already calls for greek yogurt, using sour cream instead of mayonnaise may make this recipe way too tangy. Mayo has a much milder taste than sour cream.
wedges with healthy sprinkle of bacon on top and served with steak. Yuuummmy
I am not sure if this recipe has been revised recently. Heavy cream will help give this dressing a slightly thinner texture.
I am not sure of the volume or weight size of a serving, but the recipe as written makes 4 servings.
It is best to divide your finished product into the number of servings in the recipe to determine the actual serving size, but it is about 1/2 cup for this one.
