Made this last night and was amazingly delighted at how everything turned out. The marinade for the chicken wings made them super tender and tasty. The bleu cheese dressing was yummy! This is definitely added to my favorites. We ate this along with the keto onion rings and were quite satisfied! Thank you for an excellent you recipe!

Fantastic! I suspect that the bacon grease makes all the difference. 😁 I let the wings marinate for several hours. Be sure to use really good Parmesan cheese! Didn't try the dressing but it looks great, too.

My husband and I have wings nearly every Sunday during football season. I have used at least ten different recipes for Roasted Wings and although some were very good, NONE can compare to how delicious these are. They are so crispy, yet succulent. And they taste wonderful even without the Blue Cheese Dressing.

That said, I also think Kristie's recipe for Blue Cheese Dressing is THE BEST I've ever tasted, and I've tried many different recipes. The only change I've made to the original recipe is to use Gorgonzola instead of regular blue cheese. Thank you, Kristie, for these superb recipes.

These were absolutely the best wings I ever had!
The dressing is fantastic, I used Gorgonzola cheese.
Served it with an side of savoy cabbage roasted in butter and bacon bits with a splash of heavy whipping cream. Absolutely amazing.

I loved this dressing and the only change I made was to add 1/4 tsp onion powder and increased servings to 7 so I could use a whole container of bc. I thought that I might prefer lemon juice but opted for white vinegar and very glad I did. I also usually put Worcestershire sauce in bc dressing but this didn’t need it in my opinion. It was great on bunless burgers and also on chicken wings. Thanks for sharing it!

Made these as my back up meal, had pulled chicken in the crockpot all day, turned out so salty I had to throw it all away. FYI read the comments before starting the recipe, I don't pay much attention when someone doesn't like things but if they say the measurements are off, recheck. Anyway these wings are AWESOME!!

Is the nutrition information for total servings or one serving? Lastly, how do you convert kcal to calories? Thanks so much!

The nutritional information is per serving. Technically, 1 kilocalorie = 1000 calories, but for general measuring purposes "calorie" means the same as "kcal."

    oh right... Fahrenheit...

Love wings. I precooked them the day before for about 30 mins and when I reheat them in the oven for about 20mins they become really crispy. The sauce is yummy, didn't have yoghurt so just used leftover creme fresh and single cream to mix with the mayo. Yumm

Hello to the good folks at Diet Doctor! This is such an appetising recipe, but I do have a comment to make about it... Could you please update this recipe's instructions to include the oven temperature in Celsius degrees too? I know I can look up how many Celsius 475ºF are, but having it written in the instruction would make it easier. Thank you!

Thank you for your suggestion! We should add that to this recipe. 425F is 218C.

I made these tonight and they were so rich and flavorful. I didn't have wings but they turned out delicious with the boneless skinless (sorry keto 😄) chicken finger tenders that I had on hand. I totally agree with everyone's assessment of Kristin's blue cheese dressing; it was fantastic. I served it with a side of fresh green beans sautéed in butter. This will definitely go in the rotation.

The blue cheese dressing is good on anything, even boneless skinless chicken :)
