- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp olive oil
- 9 oz. 260 g green asparagus
- 12 oz. 350 g hake fish or cod, boneless filletcod, boneless fillets

Green sauce
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until the desired texture is achieved. We like it smooth and creamy.
Asparagus and hake
- Wash the asparagus and cut away the tough part of the stalk.
- In a frying pan that can fit the fish and vegetables, heat a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the asparagus over medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Keeping the asparagus in the pan, add the fish and fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side. Add one more tablespoon of olive oil if necessary for frying. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir the asparagus from time to time.
- Serve the hake and asparagus on top of the sauce.
