Just add coffee grounds to cold water and let it "brew" in the fridge for 8h (or more; make it the night before). Then strain - I use an aero press but others use cheese cloth. I find it as good as my morning coffee and it doesn't need cream or sweetener but these are optional. I also suggest adding more coffee grounds than a usual drink would require. I use decaf so I can drink this in the afternoon.
