Instructions
- Take your pork chops out of the fridge and let them rest for at least 10 minutes. Room temperature meat cooks more evenly.
- Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Season generously on both sides with salt, pepper, and any other spices. (Italian seasoning or barbecue seasoning, for example.)
- Heat up a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the butter. Place the pork chops in the frying pan and fry for about 4 minutes per side or until a nice crust formed and the inner temperature has reached 135°F (57°C).
- Let the chops rest for a couple of minutes and serve with sides of your choice.
